Arriving on January 7, 2012 and weighing in at 7 lbs, Blue Ivy Carter has created quite a stir. Baby Blue Ivy, the newborn daughter of parents Beyoncé and Jay-Z, was met by family and friends at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City. However, already Baby Blue has made her singing debut less than a month after her birth in a new single from father Jay-Z.

So let’s say you’re the type of person who really likes award shows. So much so that you get really upset when your predictions of the winners aren’t correct. So angry that you throw your remote and crush the Doritos currently en route to your mouth into dust. Tell me then, how angry did you get when the Arcade Fire brought home the Grammy for Album of the Year?
Not that I watch award shows at all, much less the Grammys, but had I been watching I probably would have cheered, and judging from the internet backlash that spread across Facebook statuses, twitter, and tumblr, I’m beginning to think I would have been the only one happy to hear of their win. “Why should I care if you’re happy?” is what you’re probably thinking, “______ totally deserved it more than this band I’ve never heard of! What’s so special about them anyway? Why should I care about the Arcade Fire?”
